Art in the Park Events are different than ordinary events.
The purpose is to get the neighbors active and participating. Art in the Park Events ask that you adopt this purpose, too.
Art in the Park Event’s purpose requires that the events appear very locally inspired and run.
Each event is based on a theme. Performers, artists and vendors are requested to participate in the fun.
If you can add a table or create a small a space in your area for an Activity Station for kids and adults it would be appreciated. The stations are well received and can be anything from drawing to planting seeds or anywhere your imagination takes you.
